The BYCON C-02 series is designed for the toughest dry drilling in reinforced concrete. Thanks to laser-welded segments and micro-percussion design, the drill cuts effortlessly through several layers of reinforcing steel. The robust segment geometry (20 × 3.8 / 4.5 × 10 mm) delivers high drilling speed and long lifetime, even on rigs of 3 000 W and above. Available in diameters from Ø 42 to Ø 300 mm with 1-1/4″ UNC connection. Perfect for contractors demanding maximum productivity on dry, dust-free job sites.

The BYCON C-02 series combines advanced segment technology with laser welding for an extremely strong joint that withstands the high impact forces of micro-percussion drills. The precise radius design (R21 - R150) keeps the drill bit stable, reduces vibration and increases tool life. Combined with powerful, rig-mounted motors from 3 000 W upwards, the C-02 delivers optimum flushing of drilling dust and a high removal rate, even in heavily reinforced concrete and natural stone.
