The BYCON IVC-2000 uses a triple filtration system in which this conical polyester prefilter forms the crucial second barrier. After cyclonic separation of coarse dust, the conical shape slows the air flow, increases the filter surface area and effectively captures fine dust up to 1 µm (efficiency > 99.5 %). This protects the HEPA H13 final filter, extends its standby time and keeps the vacuum stable. Thanks to the anti-static polyester and integrated handshaker, you clean the filter quickly and easily, resulting in less maintenance and higher uptime on the shop floor.
