The BYCON Continuous series offers a smart, modular solution for wet drilling in (reinforced) concrete. Thanks to the screwable tube sections, you adjust the working length to any job in seconds. When the crown is worn out, just replace the drill head and save on material costs. Laser-welded segments with diamond powder ensure high drilling speed and long stand time, even with rebar. Available in diameters from Ø 25 to Ø 300 mm with universal 1-1/4″ UNC connection.

BYCON Continuous - Modular Core Drill Ø 25 - 300 mm

The BYCON Continuous core drill combines flexibility and cost efficiency in one system. The modular design consists of a separate drill head and interchangeable 100 mm tube sections. So you extend or shorten the crown as required, without having to buy several fixed lengths. The laser-welded "Shark-grade" segments contain a special diamond mixture for fast penetration in reinforced concrete, while the robust 1-1/4″ UNC thread guarantees a torsionally rigid connection to the core drill motor. In case of wear, replace only the drill head; the sleeve, coupling and segments remain reusable - a durable choice for any professional.
