The legendary DiStar Esthete disc now comes in a new and improved version! With the same diamond layer thickness of 1.1 mm, but with increased reliability. This disc can withstand higher loads and has better performance than its predecessor. Also, the disc now works just as well with corded and battery-powered angle grinders. Experience a new level of cutting quality with the DiStar Esthete 2.0!

This disc is used for cutting ceramic materials with decorative coatings. Thanks to its standard attachment of 22.23 mm, it can be used on almost any grinder for dry cutting. The disc is equipped with an ultra-thin diamond layer of 1.1 millimetres, which allows cutting tile even with a soft glaze. The design of the blade with see-through effect allows you to control the cutting line. The flange-reinforced blade housing ensures cutting of hard ceramic tiles. Laser segmentation ensures efficient cooling of the cutting layer.

In case of sparking in the cutting area, it is recommended to reduce the feed by reducing the pressure on the blade. In most cases, the sparking will stop after a short time and the blade will be able to cut properly again.
